true blood from what i am able to glean (real word) without watching is an american supernatural drama about a vampire (anna paquin) trying to make it as a bartender and ryan kwanten being an asshole in the south. the show was created by alan ball and premiered on september 7 2008 (source). the show is hurt by its weak cast, poor writing, bad direction and confusing plotlines. nice try ryan kwanten, you murderer. true blood gets two Lucas Reviews Everything thumbs down. watch if you hate yourself.
