Chill Will is an infamous figure on the downtown Rochester, NY homeless scene known for telling jokes in exchange for money. Chill Will's sharp wit will brighten your dreary day and he is sure to have you cracking up at an affordable rate. if you need a quick laugh head downtown and ask for Chill Will. but DO NOT GIVE CHILL WILL ALCOHOL. I BOUGHT HIM ONE DRINK AND WATCHED HIM FLIP A CAR UPSIDE DOWN WITH HIS BARE HANDS. HE ALSO TRIED TO SELL ME A SANDWICH BAG OF DOG'S BLOOD AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T NEED ANY DOG'S BLOOD (AND THAT IF I DID I COULD PROBABLY FIND IT FOR CHEAPER) HE GOT VERY UPSET AND KICKED A HOLE THROUGH THE WALL OF A BANK. me and Chill Will did not necessarily part ways on good terms but i'll never forget the laughs we shared. hit up Chill Will for some good one liners or an $800 bag of dog's blood.
